This is how to do links in your sidebar - where it has google and stuff now, you can put unwellness and others.

Follow the directions on that page until you see your html code. The linsk part looks like this now (but the real code uses < > these kind of marks instead of parentheses):
(li)(a) href="http://news.google.com/">Google News<(/a)(/li)

The part in quotes is going to be the address of the website you want to link (like http://www.unwellness.com). The part between the > and the < where it says Google News is going to be the way that the link appears on your page (the link will just say "Unwellness", rather than appearing as the address of Unwellness). Let me know if that doesn't make sense. Try reading the blogger page and see if that helps.
